1. ABOUT PERCALIS
Percalis is an online retail store operated by ETHER SIGN LTD, trading as PERCALIS.
Percalis currently sells products for delivery within the United Kingdom only.
Our products currently include the Aura facial cleansing device and compatible interchangeable brush heads.
We do not currently sell cosmetic formulas, creams, serums, lotions, or medical products.
2. ELIGIBILITY
Our website and services are intended for individuals aged 18 or over.
By using our website or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that the information you provide to us is accurate, complete, and up to date.
You agree not to use our website or services for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorised purpose.

Percalis does not currently offer customer accounts on the website.
You do not need to create an account to place an order.

Percalis is not currently VAT registered and does not display a VAT registration number.
We currently offer free standard shipping for United Kingdom orders, unless stated otherwise at checkout.
If any delivery charge or optional paid delivery service applies in the future, it will be shown before you place your order.
Prices, discounts, and promotions may change from time to time. Changes will not affect an order that has already been accepted, except where there has been an obvious pricing error.
Payment is processed by the payment providers available at checkout.
Percalis does not store your full payment card details.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete billing and payment information.

We may cancel or refuse an order if payment is refused, reversed, suspected to be fraudulent, or cannot be verified.

Unless stated otherwise, promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash and may not be combined with other offers.
10. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Percalis currently delivers within the United Kingdom only.
We currently offer free standard shipping for United Kingdom orders.
The estimated delivery time is usually 8–15 working days, unless a different estimate is shown on the product page, checkout page, order confirmation, or Shipping Policy.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to carrier issues, high demand, weather, customs processing, operational issues, address errors, or events outside our reasonable control.
We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, but we will support you where reasonably possible.
If your order is confirmed as lost before delivery or cannot be delivered, we will offer an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund.
Responsibility for the goods passes to you when the goods are delivered to you, or to a person identified by you to receive them.

11. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND STATUTORY RIGHTS
Returns, refunds, cancellations after delivery, faulty items, damaged items, incorrect items, and not-as-described items are handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
